Group Scout Leader (Volunteer Manager)

As a Group Scout Leader (GSL) with the 15th Wolverhampton Scout Group, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our team of adult volunteers, as well as providing direction and leadership for the Scout Group. This role involves working closely with the adult volunteers to ensure they are motivated, inspired and focused on delivering a high-quality Scouting programme for young people in the Wolverhampton South area.

We are seeking someone with strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for supporting and empowering others. Prior experience in a management or leadership role is preferred, but not essential. As a GSL, you will have access to training and support to help you succeed in your role.
