Who we are

We are Causeway and our purpose is to free marginalised and vulnerable people, including survivors of modern slavery and exploitation, to find their voice, and for society to value their place. With over 15 years experience and unique expertise, we are committed to ensuring thriving futures, and creating lasting change in and across society.

The role

We’re Causeway, the UK-wide charity who believes in the power of lasting change. We take people from existing to living, and empower our service users, including survivors of modern slavery and exploitation, to find their voice and place in society.

Now is the time for Causeway and the people we support to become leading voices for lasting change.

Guided by our new 5-year strategy blueprint, we will work to prevent, protect and support marginalised and vulnerable people from the cycle of crime and exploitation, and be a lasting and dependable organisation, for the good of all our stakeholders.

We particularly seek trustees with expertise in and around business development, income generation and fundraising, legal, research, public policy and strategic partnerships.
