Who we are
The Directors Charitable Foundation (DCF) is the charity for the UK’s screen and stage directors. We have two aims:
To support and help directors in need through our Directors Support Scheme and Mental Health project and
To inspire young people from all backgrounds - particularly from those that are currently unrepresented in the directing profession to consider a career as a director through our Get Directing project
NEW TRUSTEE RECRUITMENT OPPORTUNITY - 18TH MARCH 2021
We are seeking volunteers to join our Board of Trustees. DCF operates with one administrator, so Trustees are encouraged to take an active role in our activities and projects as well as carrying out the important governance work of a charity Trustee. The Board of Trustees meets monthly.
We are keen to hear from volunteers who would like to become Trustees and who possess some of the following skills/experience
· Screen or stage directors (including directors of games, videos, commercials etc.)
· IT and digital asset management
· Fundraising
