We are seeking to appoint a new Chair to lead the board and in partnership with the CEO and senior staff to lead the charity forward.
This is a very exciting time for Keychange. Following the strategic remodelling of our property portfolio we will be in receipt of a capital sum for the re-development, purchase and build of new care and support communities.
Our mission is to Create Caring Communities, which demonstrate our Christian Values, Ethos and Behaviours.
Keychange currently operate nine care home communities for older people and two housing communities for homeless young people. These communities are located across England.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a proven track record of strategic leadership and governance of a similar care and well-being charitable operation and Christian mission based organisation, including line management of CEO and leading a Board of Trustees, particularly in terms of service delivery, quality, team building, professional and personal development.
