Who we are
The Prison Phoenix Trust offers hope and healing to people in prison through meditation and yoga. We support these simple breath-based practices in more than 200 prisons and other secure establishments in the UK and Ireland and we are in direct contact with around 5% of the prison population.
We offer individual support to prisoners and prison staff through teaching, correspondence, free resources and newsletters. People of any faith or no faith can benefit. We honour all religions.
Help us bring hope and healing to people in prison
The Prison Phoenix Trust is recruiting a number of voluntary positions to join our Board of Trustees.
