TCUK offers pastoral and practical support to those of all faiths and none, who are engaged in the performing arts.
Through the work of its chaplains and supporters, TCUK seeks to bring together faith and theatre for the enrichment of both.
Theatre Chaplaincy UK (TCUK) is looking for 5 new trustees to join its to help guide the next stage in the development of TCUK. The ideal candidate will unite a passion for theatre with fundraising, stakeholder management and/or board administration skills and experience.
We are particularly interested to hear from individuals with one or a combination of the following:
- Experience of having worked in the theatre industry or related fields.
- Experience of fundraising and income generation
- IT and social media management skills
- Public Relations
These are unpaid voluntary roles, however reasonable out-of-pocket expenses can be reimbursed.
The time commitment includes 7 formal meetings (6 trustee meetings and 1 AGM) per year which take place mid-week mornings in person at St Paul’s Church Covent Garden or on Zoom, whichever is preferred. In addition, it is desirable that trustees can devote at least 4 hours per month to participating in or leading organisational development and governance projects.
