NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ROLE – HEAD OFFICE, HYTHE HOUSE

Elizabeth Finn Homes Ltd (“EFHL”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Charity Turn2us. EFHL is a leading care home operator which runs nine award winning nursing and residential care homes across the country. We believe in providing the very best in care and lifestyle for our Residents and pride ourselves on the excellence of the care and support we give to our residents. All our homes are rated Good or Outstanding by the CQC.

We are now looking for two new independent Non-Executive Directors to join our Board. The successful applicants will join a team which determines our strategy in keeping with care and business objectives, leads on developing the culture of the Company to ensure the highest standards of conduct are embedded throughout and supports and scrutinises the executive’s performance and delivery of the strategy.

This is an exciting time to be joining the Board as we continue to develop our new strategy and purpose in keeping with our values and those of our parent charity.
