We are a leading national youth charity with a proud history spanning over a century. We are passionate about our vision to ensure all young people are equipped to thrive and empowered to contribute at every stage of their lives.
It is our mission to work with our nationwide movement to deliver innovative Youth services, grow effective practice and campaign to increase support for youth work. Our services are open to all 9-25 year olds and 86% of the young people directly engaging with our work, face personal barriers or live in some of the most underserved areas of the UK.

You will bring experience of serving on or convening high performing boards; experience of strategic leadership at senior level and some understanding of either the charity youth sector or the policy issues that affect it. You will be energised to bring fresh thinking and new networks to the work of the organisation. Critically you will be motivated by the vision and mission of UK Youth and be committed to living our values.
