Who we are
2Faced Dance is an all-male professional dance company based in Hereford. Working with our Artistic Director and guest choreographers, our dancers develop performances to tour theatres and festivals across the UK and internationally. Alongside this we nurture, train and develop the next generation of dance artists, cultural leaders and audiences. We deliver workshops in schools, colleges, universities and prisons, and teach classes from our studios at the Centre For Movement.
The role
We are looking for inspirational, influential and individually unique people to join our Board as Trustees and help us to navigate our future.
As we celebrate 25 extraordinary years of 2Faced Dance, we are interested in finding people who can offer new contacts, perspectives and skills. Individuals, who have enthusiasm for the charity’s mission, dance and the arts. Our trustees work with us to build on our successes, challenging and supporting our dedicated team and helping us to realise our ambition of widening access to dance and wider cultural activities by challenging perceptions.
We are particularly looking for people with skills in:
- Fundraising (individual giving)
- HR/legal compliance
- Marketing
However, if you have enthusiasm to support the wider aims and objectives of the charity, whatever your background, we would love to hear from you.
The Company, now with its own base in central Hereford, a growing programme of both outdoor and indoor works, an extensive talent development arm and a highly respected learning programme are ensuring that we provide opportunities for everyone, right in the heart of our community.
