SNAP - Intelligent Trustee Matching

SNAP our all-new Intelligent Trustee Matching system proactively pairs potential trustees with organisations, based on the wants and needs of both boards and candidates.

If you represent a board looking for new trustees, Intelligent Trustee Matching is the smart way to receive applications from a diverse range of competitive candidates with relevant experience and a passion for your cause.

There’s no need to limit the scope of your search. Intelligent Trustee Matching allows you to define the breadth of your search yourself, putting control of your candidacy back into your hands.

We allow both organisations and potential candidates to identify their “must have” requirements and ensure that only when both sides requirements are matched do we have a “SNAP”. We then provide a shortlist of the SNAP candidates, who have consented to be short-listed, ranked by the strength of the specified desirable qualities. Where we cannot provide any or enough SNAP candidates, we will provide the strongest consenting candidates, for organisations to decide on interviews.

Charities looking for additional support to identify new trustees, Board Chairs or Committee Chairs can discuss how we can help meet your needs.

For some organisations, identifying high calibre candidates is the sole priority, whereas for others, internal capacity means our expert interviewing and advice can be invaluable.

The full service option, often used for Chair and Treasurer positions, which includes a headhunt and management of the whole process.

Who should use this service?

Charities who want a full service bespoke process.

Often used to fill a critical role such as Chair or Treasurer, or difficult to source experience such as safeguarding.

Search

The traditional ‘headhunt’, talking to up to 150 candidates to identify high quality applicants, but we hand over to you to do the interviewing.

Who should use this service?

Charities with a tight budget but a tricky role to fill who need a proactive headhunt to identify suitable candidates.

Have the capacity to manage the process themselves including candidate checks.

Advertising & Selection

Promotion of the vacancy to our database of candidates and full management of the process, including sifting applications, conducting longlist interviews and taking references.

Who should use this service?

Charities who need more bespoke support to define the role(s).

Limited capacity to manage the process including longlist interviews.

If you require independent expert advice on the candidates.
