Who we are
The charity provides mental health support through counselling low-income families, children in need and children in care within the community. We also provide educational support to statutory-age children and young people (Post 16). Providing vocational support as well as job skills opportunities. We aim to do this through the support of the local communities, counsellors and tutors.
The role
Secretary of Trustees – ASK PIP Charity
Role Summary: The Secretary of Trustees plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the charity’s governance. Responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, the Secretary supports the Board’s decision-making processes. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to transparency and accountability.
Vice Chair of Trustees – ASK PIP Charity
Role Summary: The Vice Chair of Trustees supports the Chair in providing leadership and governance to the charity. Acting as the Chair’s deputy, the Vice Chair steps in when the Chair is unavailable and ensures the Board operates effectively. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for the charity’s mission, helping guide ASK PIP towards its long-term goals.
Fundraiser Trustee – ASK PIP Charity
Role Summary: The Fundraiser Trustee is responsible for leading and supporting fundraising efforts to ensure the charity’s financial sustainability. By developing fundraising strategies, identifying new opportunities, and engaging with donors and supporters, this role ensures ASK PIP can continue to expand its impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, excellent networking skills, and a genuine passion for the charity’s mission.
