About the Role: We are seeking a trustee with business development expertise to work closely with Paul Hopkins, Founder of Runspire Nottingham, and our board. This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape and execute our 3-year growth strategy, ensuring sustainability and long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Paul Hopkins to deliver our business plan and growth strategy.

Provide strategic and operational advice to ensure scalability and sustainability.

Support partnership development, funding strategies, and operational scaling.

Monitor performance targets and milestones during expansion.

Act as an ambassador and champion for Runspire Nottingham’s vision and mission.

Skills and Experience Required:

Proven experience in business development, scaling operations, or project delivery (charity or commercial).

Strong local connections in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire (preferred).

Hands-on approach with a willingness to work closely with the founder and board.

Passion for community development, wellbeing, and fitness.

Experience in fundraising, governance, or operational management is desirable but not essential.
