Who we are

Endometriosis South Coast is an inclusive charity set up to support people who haven’t started their diagnosis journey, are going through the diagnosis stages, or have been diagnosed with Endometriosis and/or Adenomyosis. The role

Endometriosis South Coast offers long-term, person-centred support and advocacy for individuals affected by endometriosis, rather than limited, short-term interventions. Our work is supporting individuals who might otherwise face lengthy waits for short-term care with limited impact.

Endometriosis South Coast holds itself to high standards in training, education, and lived-experience-led practice. Our programmes are informed by up-to-date research, community feedback, and clinical partnerships, ensuring our approach is both inclusive and effective.

We are governed by an active Board responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organisation. The Chair works collaboratively with the Board and helps guide the strategic vision and direction of the charity.

We are currently seeking to appoint a dynamic and passionate Chair of the Board of Trustees who can lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose. This individual will ensure Endometriosis South Coast delivers on its mission and continues to grow its impact through strong collaboration with the Board of Management.

We are looking for someone who shares a deep commitment to our mission, ideally with an understanding of, or interest in, women’s health, chronic illness, and inclusive advocacy. The ideal Chair will bring strategic insight and leadership, supporting us at this exciting time as we expand our services and plan for long-term sustainability.
