Who we are
Restart in Business aims to help people with experience of the criminal justice system create sustainable self-employment opportunities and reduce reoffending. Drawing on lived experience in rehabilitation and business, we look to deliver group programmes and offer support over two years by experienced business coaches.
The role
As the final stage of our process in forming our charitable organisation and registering with the Charity Commission, we are seeking trustees who are passionate about reducing reoffending and supporting people with lived experience of the criminal justice system to build better futures through self-employment.
Trustees will be vital to help guide our strategic direction, ensuring good governance, accountability and long-term sustainability. We are particularly looking for individuals with experience in business development, finance, fundraising, marketing or the criminal justice and rehabilitation sectors.
