Who we are
PACTO is a unique umbrella charity organisation that provides support, promotion and guidance for six Community Transport member organisations.
PACTO is a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity. It has a board of Directors/Trustees, with three of these positions – the Chair, Vice Chair and Trustee with Special Responsibility for Finance – being appointed by open recruitment and interview.
The role
Are you passionate about supporting people, and able to collaborate across various groups to co-produce solutions to transport issues?
This role may be attractive to someone who has had experience of working with committees, and we are particular interested to hear from people with experience in strategic planning, HR Legal & Contracts, Equality, Inclusion and Diversity and fundraising. The role will also require an understanding of the governance and financial standards set down by Companies House and the Charity Commission.
Board Meetings are held bimonthly, with quarterly members meetings, usually at the PACTO offices in Narberth, although hybrid meetings are possible.
