This can result in many trustee roles remaining unfilled for long periods. To address this, SNAP offers solutions that enable central organisations to support their branches in recruiting trustees effectively and affordably.
One key feature of SNAP is its ability to let charities or branches specify that candidates must live or work within a specific distance from the branch location (e.g. 3, 10, 25, or 50 miles). This unique tool helps branch organisations attract trustees from their local community.
For national organisations, we offer four tailored options: SNAP Recruitment Packages for Branch and Federation Charities.
1. Pre-Purchase 10 SNAP Vacancies
Cost: £1,250 + VAT (50% discount, saving £125 per search).
Details:
- – Purchase 10 trustee vacancy slots for any branch, with no expiration date.
- – Branches can use the service free of charge or be charged an amount set by the national charity.
- – Funds collected from branches can be credited toward future SNAP or Trustees Unlimited (TU) services.
2. Pre-Purchase 25 SNAP Vacancies
Cost: £1,875 + VAT (saving £175 per search).
Details:
- – Purchase 25 trustee vacancy slots for any branch, with no expiration date.
- – Branches can use the service free of charge or be charged an amount set by the national charity.
- – Funds collected can be credited toward future SNAP or TU services.
3. Pre-Purchase 50 SNAP Vacancies
Cost: £2,500 + VAT (saving £200 per search).
Details:
- – Purchase 50 trustee vacancy slots for any branch, with no expiration date.
- – Branches can use the service free of charge or be charged an amount set by the national charity.
- – Funds collected can either be credited toward future SNAP or TU services or refunded to the national charity when a new SNAP order is placed.
For options 1 to 3 you can opt to pay by a monthly Direct Debit over a 12 month period but with a 10% enhancement of the cost.
4. Unlimited Vacancies with Custom Branding
Cost: £300 + VAT per month paid by Direct Debit (£10,800 + VAT for a 3-year contract).
Details:
- – Unlimited vacancies for all branches for three years.
- – Includes a bespoke SNAP interface branded with your organization’s logo and wording on a custom homepage.
- – If significant customisation is required, additional programming costs may apply.
- – Branches can use the service free of charge or be charged an amount set by the national charity. Funds collected can either be credited toward future SNAP or TU services or refunded annually.
