The Inspire List is an initiative to create a list of trustees from racial and ethnically diverse backgrounds who already serve as trustees across the UK.
Created by the newly formed Trustee Diversity Panel the Inspire List aims to:
- celebrate the commitment of people who’ve already stepped up as trustees
- make it easier to see that there are already people from a range of different backgrounds serving as trustees
- inspire others to become trustees
Please take a look at this web page for more information. This is not a judged list, entries will simply be verified for accuracy. The deadline for submissions is 22nd January.
Who’s on the Trustee Diversity Panel? The convenor is Wakkas Khan DL, a trustee of Oxfam, and other members are Tesse Akpeki, Harris Bokhari OBE, Malcolm John, Temi Shogelola and Precious Sithole.
Trustees Unlimited is providing administrative support to this project.
