Trustees Unlimited is on a trajectory of further growth and is looking for a Managing Partner to drive expansion across several areas of the business including our burgeoning partnerships with organisations who are as committed as we are to diversity on boards.
This is a hands-on and highly collaborative role. You will be ambitious yet humble. A leader but also a genuine team player. You will have a conviction that a commercial business can have a huge impact on society. You do not need a recruitment background, but you will have experience selling professional services into charity and/or large blue-chip organisations. Ideally you will have some experience of how digital transformation can improve existing services. Whatever your background, you will have experience serving as a trustee, a personal commitment to diversity, and an unquenchable passion to make a difference.
