TU is happy to welcome Sarah Davies to the Team!

We are delighted to welcome Sarah Davies to the team as Art Director working across the art charity sector. Sarah’s career spans more than 25 years as a cultural leader across a range of contexts and organisations, from running international artist exchange programmes to advocating for an increase in arts provision across the UK to board governance.

Alongside her new role at TU, Sarah is the National Director of the Creative Workspace Network funded by Arts Council in partnership with UCL. The purpose of the network is to work in the priority places across the UK to influence and persuade towns planners, local authority and other policy makers that building the eco system of cultural community that has space to grow needs to be central to their plans and outcomes. This is a research-based relationship with UCL providing evidence to advocate for policy change.

The thread throughout her career is to help cultural industries flourish by working in partnership across industry. More recently, Sarah ran an arts centre in Brighton with 100 creative workspace studios public and education engagement programmes.

Trustees Unlimited is expanding, with some very exciting things in the pipeline for this year, and we are thrilled to have Sarah on board as part of our journey… watch this space!
